Things you need to know
As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete a name blind CV and 750-word Personal Statement.
Your CV should cover your job history, and should cover your job history, responsibilities, and key achievements for the past five years, noting the reason for any gaps.
Your Personal Statement should be used to describe how your skills and experience would be suitable for the advertised role, making reference to the main duties & responsibilities outlined in the advert. Your Personal Statement should also cover the essential criteria.
Candidates successful at sift will be invited to interview where they will be asked questions that let them demonstrate their experience and skills based on the essential criteria for the role.
We reserve the right to raise the score required at any stage of the process in order to manage numbers.
