Working with a well-established manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment based on the outskirts of Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

This role will see successful candidates working as a TIG Welder to provide finishes to metal panelling ready for assembly within the client.

Duration: This is a full time role

Hourly Rate: You can expect to earn £12.03 ph from day one. Upon successful completion of your probation, the client will place you on a salary. This will be based on your hourly rate plus a shift bonus, depending on which shift pattern you opt for.

Working Hours: Candidates will have the choice between two shift patterns to suit your availability Shift pattern 1: Working Days on a 2on, 2 off pattern. 6 am till 6 pm each day. Shift pattern 2: Working Nights, Monday to Thursday. 6 pm to 4 am each day. Both shift patterns will average 40 hours per week. You are given 30 minutes each day for lunch with a paid tea break in the morning and afternoon.

Applicants must have the following if they are to be successful:
– Previous TIG Welding experience
– A good level of English writing and reading
– Able to work from technical information or drawings
– Physically fit due to the nature of work

There will be a short 30-minute test for your welds ahead of beginning your employment.

Training will be provided to successful candidates to assist with growing comfortable within your role.
