We are currently looking for an IT Trainer to join our HR and Learning Team. This is an exciting time to be part of our team, with lots going on. We’ve just launched our new Learning Management system meaning we can provide digital learning resources and further develop a learning culture.

This role is responsible for identifying IT training needs, creating engaging IT & systems learning and materials that support the implementation of new software and systems.

You will be required to ensure all colleagues are upskilled and able to use the systems relevant to their role, ensuring best practice across the group. You will work with commonly used, in-house IT systems, be part of new projects looking at how we improve efficiency and working processes across our factories and sites. You’ll also be involved in creating, monitoring and delivering a new starter IT Training programme, including onboarding and integration.

You will be part of our Learning and Development Team and working alongside our new and exciting Project Horizon Team to carry out learning needs analysis and assist with plans to deliver on these needs for our colleagues.

We are a multi-site organisation so this role will require travel.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of IT Systems and experience implementing IT systems training, and is able to work in an operational environment, with colleagues both in our offices and in our factories. You will be able to adapt quickly to new applications and technologies and be confident in delivering training sessions to the group on the new developments, so good communications skills are required.

Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-17:15 and Friday 8:30-15:00
