Role: User Researcher

Location: London - Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 remote)

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Rate: £550pwd Inside

We have a brand-new and exciting position with one of our Banking clients for a USER RESEARCHER who is customer focused that can join the business and identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey, improving customer outcomes and customer experience.

This role is incredibly Customer Experienced focused, so a background in CX Research is essential for success in this position.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Monitoring & Tracking our key customer journeys. Both running the day to day and identifying opportunities to improve
    • Elevating key insights from these programmes into our strategic forums
    • Partner with customer journey owners in the business to prioritise & improve on customer outcomes and experience
    • Advocate for the voice of customers!
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence:
    • Creating clear & compelling insights across our market, competitors, trends and external forces
    • Identify opportunities for proactive research to ensure the business has a strong grasp of our consumers needs
    • Create strategic impact by socialising our insights with our core business partners
  • Running impactful end to end research studies:
    • Framing up research opportunities
    • Designing and planning research studies, drawing on a variety of methods
    • Running projects end-to-end in collaboration either internally or in collaboration with our 3rd party agencies.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Someone with a mixed-methods background, but in particular strong quantitative skills
  • Research and/or Customer Experience background. Open to analytically minded people from operational or business backgrounds.
  • A natural collaborator able to work cross-functionally
  • Academic background in the social sciences or business.
