Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)

Location and flexible working: Hybrid based in our Edinburgh office working three days per week at home. We recognise the benefits of flexible working and will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

The role

As a User Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our customers' needs, motivations, and pain points, both in the digital realm and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, surveys, and testing to gather valuable insights. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Advocate for Human-centred design, considering diverse needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose innovative ideas for differentiation.
  • Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders, activating decision-making processes.
