Job Description
As a Tintagel Visitor Assistant, you will join an amazing team of employees and volunteers, making sure visitors have a great time from the moment they arrive until they say goodbye. This is a varied role and some days will be busy from start to finish, whereas others may be quieter especially on the wetter days! No two days are the same.
Tintagel Castle is one of our flagship sites, welcoming around 300,000 visitors a year, who come to explore the historic island grounds telling the story of 1600 years of Cornish history, myth and legend. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a busy historic tourist attraction, where one moment you will be selling tickets to happy holiday makers, to providing tastings of our fabulous wine in one of our retail outlets.
Weekend and bank holiday working required.
