Are you looking to advance your career in IT support? Look no further. I am looking for a 2nd line support candidate, who is within commutable distance from Central Birmingham.

This 2nd Line Support candidate will need to be on-site 4 days a week, will need good time management, be self-driven and have clear communication skills.

You will be working alongside the 2nd line team, supporting the 1st line team, resolving tickets, and speaking with clients.
This 2nd line role can be split between Application support 60%, and Ad Hoc Hardware support 30%.

As well as working out of the Birmingham Office, you may need to travel to London, Solihull, Milton Keynes, Tamworth, and Bristol. This will be on rare occasions; Travel will also be expensed.
