Are you looking for your next challenge? We are looking for an Account Executive to join the team of one of our very successful Chippenham based clients.
Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to converse comfortably with all levels of staff and clients over the telephone and face to face. You will have strong computer literacy and exceptional attention to detail.
You will be responsible for the acknowledgement of client queries within 24 hours of receipt and solutions provided within agreed time frames, creation and maintenance of client and internal schedules, receipt and distribution of data file notifications from clients and third parties in preparation for import and campaign set up and briefing support to the Account Management team.
Hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday with hybrid working after passed probation (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
