Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious Transition Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work alongside our Key Account Director as we develop and lead a series of transformation and transition programs to elevate our service delivery to the client. You'll be a key player in helping to embed the ISS strategy and associated products and platforms, working closely with other members of the account Senior

Leadership team to ensure our client's needs are always met.
As the owner of our client-focused transition programs, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to evolve our service offerings to meet the changing needs of the Banks estate. Key Responsibilities

  • Working with key stakeholders in the Senior Leadership team and client team, you will lead a series of programmes to develop and improve Service Delivery for the client, with a key focus amending delivery across all functions to align with their new property strategy
  • Lead the project to further integrate the Santander account with colleagues in ISS Operational Performance to embed new products, platforms and strategies
  • Working with the Key Account Director and Operations Director, you will lead the development of the Operations Team in the implementation of the above, with co-ordination across commercial and operations teams
  • Ensure the mobilisation of the clients new multi-million pound UK Head Office is managed through to completion and transition in the BAU Operational teams. Build relationship with sub-tenants so that ISS can explore further business opportunities
  • To lead the rollout of client specific programmes, working within our Operations framework

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

  • The job holder should have been educated to at least degree level or appropriate professional accreditation (PMP, Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent)
  • Proven experience with Programme or Project Management, preferably in the FM industry
  • Experienced in the use of Programme and Project Management tools such as MS Project, or equivalent to an advanced level
  • Demonstrable understanding of commercial contracts
  • Proven ability to build successful stakeholder relationships, manage their expectations and act as a trusted source of advice
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data analysis, report design and presentation skills
