Employee Benefits Consultant
Salary: 50,000 to 80,000, depending on experience
Location: Brighton, East Sussex (hybrid working possible)

NJR Recruitment is currently working with a financial advice firm that provides a range of services from Employee Benefits, Income protection to Life insurance. Due to an increased workload, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Employee Benefits Consultant.

This is a great opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual to join a high growth financial
advisory business as an Employee Benefits Consultant. The company is extremely well respected in
the industry, having won multiple awards and being frequently quoted in leading newspapers, such
as the Financial Times and The Independent.
You will be advising new and existing clients on their holistic benefits strategy, covering:
" Workplace pensions
" Insurance benefits (group risk and group healthcare)
" Flexible benefits, benefits technology, salary sacrifice, benchmarking etc

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as an employee benefits consultant. Experience advising on workplace pensions, group risk and group health and relevant pensions modules with the CII or PMI
