Job Description

Recra is working in partnership with a fantastic company that has experience in supplying electronic, scientific, motorsport, and commercial aerospace. Our client aims to build a close, trusting, and long-lasting relationship with the successful candidate who will join their team.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Sales ledger – raising sales invoices/credit control.
Bookkeeping (using Sage50 cloud accounts).
Purchase ledger – matching purchase invoice & payments.
Cashbook - includes some foreign currency.
Nominal ledger – Producing Monthly Management Accounts.
Producing Year End pack for External Accountant.
Quarterly VAT returns/VAT administration.
Monthly Payroll administration (using Sage 50 Payroll).
Running 2 Auto-enrolment company pension schemes.
Insurance management.
Staff Uniform ordering.
Organising annual employee health screening.
Maintaining Machinery service/repair records.
Basic knowledge of Import/Export requirements is required.
IT system management/liaison with IT consultants may be required.
