About the role
As an Administrative Service Centre – Assistant, you will be working within the Administrative Service Centre (ASC) based in the Manchester office of Latham & Watkins LLP. You will perform a variety of duties for an assigned group of clients across the Firm. Other key responsibilities include:


  • Assisting with all day-to-day tasks supporting the Attorney Support function and other business services units as assigned.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to clients.
  • Utilising various resources including but not limited to, staff and technology applications to maintain quality services within the Administration department.
  • Supporting ongoing process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Receiving administrative tasks from clients and providing regular updates regarding receipt and status of tasks, assignments, and projects, as well as consistently meeting agreed deadlines.
