Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the personal Assistant to the Emergency Care Consultants. This role will provide administrative support and must possess excellent communication and Interpersonal skills and demonstrate a caring, supportive and professional attitude.
- Acting as a point of contact for enquiries and complaints within the department, dealing with them accordingly and in line with trust policies
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of their manager, colleagues or members of their professional team.
- To Support the ED Consultant PA with ED Consultant Rotas . Support attendance of Consultant Meetings with Type back dictation to a high quality with defined standards of presentation.
- Deal with telephone enquiries, take messages, accurately
- Support with complying the ED Consultant Rota
- Assist the urgent care operations manager with administration
- Support with the administration of Medical Teaching and training
