Permanent position

Based in Milton Keynes

Salary £25-30,000 plus benefits depending on experience

Are you a highly organised individual?

Are you an experienced Administrator with a background within PA, HR or Accounts? We have a great opportunity for an experience Administrator to join the team of a developing company. This is to work for a civils company who are proving very successful and need to strengthen their team

Main duties of the administration position:

  • Providing administrative support within the accounts team
  • Answering incoming calls for the office
  • Managing the inbox and providing diary and agenda management

- Managing the facilities within the office - ordering stationery and office supplies

  • Supporting with issuing PO Numbers
  • Tasks working on Xero
  • Any other adhoc support required to the office team
  • Other administrative duties as and when required.

Requirements to be considered for the Administrator position:

We need someone who has good experience as an administrator as well as accounts ideally.

You need to be IT proficient with an attention to detail

Experience of using Xero

Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative

Can do attitude, willing to muck in
