Position: Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• As an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer, your main responsibility will be to install and commission air conditioning systems in commercial, and industrial settings. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• The installation and one off maintenance of VRFs, VRVs, Splits and various other air conditioning equipment. Mainly Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin.
• Work on a mobile basis carrying out new installs and refurbishing projects.
• Work alongside other engineers to ensure the tasks are completed within a timely manner.
• Providing customers with a full service from initial survey to final installation and walkthrough.
• Installing and connecting air conditioning units, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components according to technical specifications and industry standards.
• Testing and commissioning installed systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• To be considered for the Air Conditioning Installation Engineer position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Must have a solid, demonstrable knowledge of installing air conditioning systems.
• Must have proven experience of installing various equipment in commercial environments.
• Must hold F-Gas - Refrigerant Handling C&G2079 or equivalent.
• Must show excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills.
• A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
