In this role, you'll work with a team of passionate and innovative individuals who are dedicated to improving the way data is collected and analysed in the People function. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for analysing employee information, identifying trends, and providing insights that inform business decisions.
We're looking for someone with advanced Excel skills, who can manipulate large amounts of data and integrate digital tools to streamline processes and reporting more effectively.
Along with strong MS Office skills (Excel for Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, Word, PowerPoint and Planner) plus knowledge of Power BI. As a hybrid role with 2-3 days on site per week in Leeds.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly analytical with a background in managing data within a fast-paced professional services or financial services business. Working knowledge of HR is helpful, but the ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a keen interest in developing a broad range of HR skills is equally important.
