Anderselite is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our client innovative Design Team based in West Yorkshire.
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will work on a range of exciting projects, including large-scale new-build residential developments, refurbishment schemes, and complex recladding projects for high-rise buildings.
Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stage 2 to 6 on both new build and refurbishment residential schemes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, producing working drawings and specifications while reviewing and amending similar work drafted by others.
• Create 3D Revit models to support concept design and construction issue information.
• Produce planning, building control, and construction issue drawings.
• Attend client meetings and liaise with contractors to provide technical advice when required.
• Attend site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, with Revit experience desirable.
• Proven experience in a Design Office with a strong technical ability in all forms of construction.
• Experience in residential/housing projects and Design & Build Contracts.
• Familiarity with Building and Planning regulations/procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written articulation skills.
• Strong leadership skills to support and assist more junior members of the team.
• A team player with the determination to drive projects forward.

What we offer:

• Salary offers £30 000 -£43 000 per annum (depending on experience) plus car allowance and excellent benefits.
