Hyde is looking to recruit an ASB Officer.

As an ASB Officer at Hyde you will be working within the Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods division to provide a front-line service for any residents calling in to report incidents of anti-social behaviour.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as first point of contact for any residents calling, writing or emailing in to report incidents of anti-social behaviour.
  • Logging reports of anti-social behaviour on the CRM system and preparing case management plans with consideration of any potential support needs and vulnerabilities of the customer.
  • Resolving queries, providing advice and guidance, and escalating reported cases of anti-social behaviour to local enforcement officers where full investigation is necessary.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills-verbal and written.
  • Conflict resolution skills and ability to work under pressure with challenging customers and situations.
