As an Associate Director within the Development & Asset Advisory team, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and meet clients face-to-face in Manchester, Leeds and North East locations (with occasional travel to London).

As an Associate Director, you'll support the Property Consultancy team in achieving their overall business plan, contributing to the delivery of property consultancy to clients. You'll advise and support clients on asset management, space planning, and space management within their property portfolio, carry out development appraisals and provide development advice and viability studies, and provide strategic advice to clients, particularly in relation to cost savings.
