Breakfast Manager

Mainly Monday to Friday position, working hours are from 6am until 2pm.

Salary up to PS28,000/year plus service charge.

As the Breakfast Manager at the Hilton London Canary Wharf you will be part of our Outlets team. We are looking for a real morning person to lead our most important meal period with individuality and the passion to delight our guests..... even if it is at 6.30am!

A Breakfast Manager will oversee the morning and lunchtime service periods to ensure high standards of quality and service across the available outlets.

What will I be doing?

As a Breakfast Manager, you will:

  • Manage the food and beverage service to consistently meet high standards as defined by the hotel and Hilton brand standards
  • Lead by example by being present on the floor throughout service
  • Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout service
  • Look for opportunities to recognise & wow the guests
  • Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Accurately manage all transactions during service
  • Work with your team to continually improve guest satisfaction
