Business central Support Consultant - Gold Partner - £25,000 - £35,000
A Microsoft Gold Partner are looking for a Junior individual who is starting out in theire dyanmics career to join the business. They are after a knowledgeable individual with experience and background using Navision/Business Central as an end user or in a helpdesk role.
The ideal candidate will be a keen problem solver who enjoys working closely with a team resolving cases in a busy, exciting environment. Considerable training will be provided to enable you to flourish in the role with the opportunity to progress within our expanding support team from 1st line support up to 2nd line support and beyond.
Role
- Assist in maintaining the smooth running of the helpdesk by logging cases received by phone, email and via a portal to ensure required information is captured accurately.
- Providing a first port of call to the customers, aiming to achieve a high degree of first-time fixes where possible.
- Documenting and prioritising cases that need to be escalated to 2nd/3rd line support.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring incidents and requests are resolved within set SLA's.
- Contribute to the creation and update of Knowledge Base articles.
- Work closely with the team to seek service improvements, when necessary.
- Assist in the analysis and documentation of incidents / problems and contribute to Service Improvement.
Requirements
- You must be within commutable distance to travel to the office up to 4 days a week in Birmingham
