Solihull Childrens Services is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated Business Support Officer to join our Children's Commissioning & Placements Team (CCPT) within our Children's Commissioning Service. Working on a full-time basis you will work with Commissioners and colleagues from other service areas to help deliver the aims of our commissioning plan. Providing an effective and efficient administration service to allow us to make a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families within Solihull.
Located both at home and in our Council House, you will be responsible for maintaining information systems, computerised and manual, providing general administrative support to the team, including answering telephones, photocopying, filing and word processing.
You will have either 4 GCSEs Grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English, or an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, or the ability to demonstrate equivalent numeracy and literacy skills.
