WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for enthusiastic, hospitable and all round amazing hospitality stars to join our fantastic Food and Beverage Team as an On-Course Catering Associate at our Greenside Grill. If you are friendly, courteous, able to work alone and are passionate about the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you! You will have just what it takes to impress our guests with your exceptional guest service skills, sparkling personality and good levels of spoken and written English. Ideally, you will hold a basic food hygiene certificate with experience of cooking.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will be responsible for running the Greenside Grill located on our Golf course. You will open/close your workstation, guarantee an amazing experience for all our guests when taking orders and preparing drinks and food orders i.e. burgers, bacon rolls etc. ensuring that everyone who visits has a fantastic experience. You will ensure your work area is safe, clean and welcoming at all times checking the correct storage and labelling of food.
