Osborne welcomes around 300,000 visitors a year who come to explore the estate to find out more about this former royal holiday home for Queen Victoria. In order to make sure every visitor has a great experience we have many venues around the estate to cater for every need.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work under the direction of the Head Chef covering the catering needs of a multi venue operation.

A sound understanding food safety and H&S regulations are important as is the ability to implement the English Heritage Food & Beverage Strategy for in-house catering, maximising profit, controlling waste and contributing to the overall catering activities to achieve the annual F&B budget and KPIs ensuring the highest level of catering standards are achieved and maintained.

Delivering a food experience of the highest quality and consistency is the key to achieving the future ambitions of Osborne.
