Serco’s Environmental Services provide public convenience cleansing operations for our communities. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team, we ensure that our streets and facilities are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.
You will be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community. As a Public Convenience Cleaner you will set off on your pre-planned route, to cleanse various public conveniences. We are on the front line when it comes to making sure our community remains a beautiful, safe and clean place to live and work, a responsibility we take great pride in.

What you'll need to do the role
First and foremost as this role will see you travelling to different locations a full clean UK driving licence is essential.
You will be knowledgeable of the skills and requirements to cleanse public conveniences, being comfortable to work as part of the team, putting forward suggestions and ideas for improvements in service provision.
