An opportunity has arisen for a creative and confident individual to undertake the role of Recruitment Co-ordinator within the Corporate Recruitment team. This post is full-time and offered on permanent basis and will be required to work predominantly within the recruitment team, however, will also be required support some of the other teams within the resourcing department as required.
We are interested in individuals who have previous experience in a recruitment or a similar HR environment. The role will be responsible for coordinating a variety of recruitment activities, including continuing the development of recruitment processes currently in place and coordinating volume recruitment processes. The post holder will also be required to attend outreach events across the county so must feel comfortable engaging with members of the public and delivering presentations.
The post holder will also be responsible for the collation of resourcing intelligence to support student officer postings and transfer plans this will require attendance at meetings with key stakeholders.
You will need exceptional verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to produce recruitment documentation, processes, and present this to internal and external customers.
You should have strong organisational and planning skills and be able to manage multiple recruitment processes at the same time. Experience of using different recruitment and selection methods and systems for large scale recruitment processes would also be a desirable.
Experience of Microsoft Office Products is essential as you will be required to produce reports and documents to support recruitment processes.
Previous experience of SAP technology, in particular SuccessFactors is desirable, but not essential.
You will be required to be educated to GCSE level of equivalent, be self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working on your own initiative, and as part of a team.
