YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of this role as the Interim Warehouse Team leader at Dr. Oetker, is to ensure the intake and distribution of raw materials and despatch of finished goods. Whilst adhering to the high-quality standards expected at Dr Oetker.

• Responsible for the management of all material movements within the Warehouse using the Semi Automated Warehouse Storage system.
• Efficient stock management using SAP to maintain a high level of accuracy and liaising with other departments.
• Management and support of team’s attendance and performance in line with company policy and procedures.
• Effective training, appraisals, and team development, ensuring safety, quality and Hygiene standards are always adhered to.
• Investigations into supply chain non-conformances and their root causes
• Ensure visual standards are being always adhered to across the warehouses and with all handling equipment.
• To promote environmental awareness
• KPI reporting Warehouse performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proficient in WMS / SAP and office applications
• Effective verbal / written communication skills
• Good level of numeracy
• A Good team player with a flexible approach and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work using own initiative.
• Able to work within a team and / or independently.
• Safe working practice at all times.

• Opportunities for overtime at 1.5x hourly rate or 2x hourly rate on Sundays
• Weekly paid, 37.5 contractual hours per week on rotating weeks of am/pm shifts, Monday to Friday 05:35-14:05 and 13:45 to 22:15.
