Job Title: Construction Administrator

Location: Stourbridge

Working Hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday-Friday

This is a great opportunity for a Construction Administrator to join this sub-contractor based in Stourbridge. Your role as a Construction Administrator will be responsible for the construction team’s day to day organisation and assistance.

Key responsibilities for the Construction Administrator role:

  • Answering a range of queries via email and over the phone
  • Verifying invoices and resolving queries
  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
  • Updating the inhouse database
  • Gathering information and producing reports
  • Working closely with quantity surveyors to maintain accurate records
  • Day to day admin support.

Experience required for this Construction Administrator role:

  • Experience within the Construction sector
  • Excellent IT skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows and Outlook packages.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Organised and ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to be proactive and act on own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work well as a team.
