Office Support Administrator
Permanent - Full Time (Office Based)
HALESOWEN

Due to growth, my valued client is looking to recruit an administrator to compliment their existing team. A good all rounder that enjoys a varied administrative position, would also consider someone with minimal experience that wants to learn and grow some experience in an office-based position.

About you:

A good understanding of spreadsheets, data entry, and general administration
IT Experience Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities:
    Updating documents
    Emailing and following up on documents sent to customers
    Supporting internal departments
    Typing out quotes that are provided by the commercial manager
    Emailing quotations
    General Administration

Working Hours: 08.30 am to 5.00 pm
