As Digital Content Executive, you will be at the forefront of our content strategy for Flair, taking full ownership of content planning and execution across all channels. You'll have the chance to showcase your expertise in content creation, curation, planning, and research, ensuring that our brand voice resonates with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create Engaging SEO Content: Utilize your exceptional writing skills to produce captivating and effective SEO content for various platforms, including social media, web, emails, newsletters, and blogs. Your words will bring our brand to life into our core channels as well as those of our customers.

· Masterful Product Descriptions: Take charge of writing inspiring descriptions that really sell the benefits of our market-leading products.

· Drive Product Launches: Providing content for catalogues and campaign materials, both for in-store and digital use, your writing will create excitement and drive engagement for new product launches.

· Craft a Consistent Tone of Voice: Develop a distinctive and consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand guidelines. You will bring our brand personality to life through both short and long form copy that is tailored to resonate with diverse international markets and cultures.

· Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor and analyse customer activity and user experience (UX) to identify opportunities for improvement. Keep a close eye on industry trends and competitor content to shape and manage our content calendar effectively.

· Ignite B2B Growth: Drive B2B lead generation activities for our international business, planning and executing targeted acquisition campaigns. Your creativity will be instrumental in capturing the attention of new business partners.

· Create Compelling Marketing Tools: Develop powerful presentations, selling aids, creds decks, and welcome packs to support our B2B marketing plans.

· Enhance Trading Performance: Collaborate with key customer accounts to improve trading performance. Your strategic insights and data-driven approach will help unlock opportunities for growth and success.

· Maintain a Dynamic Website: Take ownership of ongoing site updates, including catalogue maintenance. Your attention to detail will ensure that our digital presence remains polished and up to date.

Requirements for Success:

· A self-starter with a proactive approach and an innate drive for success.

· Ability to combine creativity with commerciality.

· Proven experience in content planning and execution across multiple channels and platforms, including social media.

· Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

· Familiarity with SEO best practices and creating engaging content for diverse platforms.

· A natural trendsetter, always up to date with the latest marketing innovations.

· Data-driven mindset, adept at analysing and interpreting insights to craft compelling narratives.

· Proficiency in monitoring and analysing customer activity and user experience.

· Proficient in relevant systems including Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and SEMrush (or equivalent).

Location: Etherow Works, Glossop (Easily commutable from Manchester with local train station and bus service)

Salary: Up to £28,500 depending on experience

Hours of work: Full time (37.5 hours per week)

Interview process: There will be an initial screening interview via teams with the People Team. If you are successful at this stage it will be followed by a first stage competency-based interview with the hiring managers. If this goes well, you will be asked to complete a role-related brief, and a second stage face to face interview will follow.
