We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Employee Relations team as an Employee Relations Consultant on a 6 month fixed term contract/ secondment. The overall purpose of this job is to provide expert advice, guidance, coaching and support to managers with all employment relations cases, ensuring managers build capability and confidence to take responsibility for their own cases, whilst pro-actively identifying employee relations issues and trends within AXA and taking appropriate steps to address these. As this role is to cover a short term need in the team, the ability to hit the ground running is essential.
