Job Description

Our client, who are a modern forward facing law firm, are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to work in their Residential Conveyancing department in their Leicester office.

You would be joining an outstanding team within an award-winning firm, with offices in both Leicester and Loughborough, who provide support to all team members. Our client have been established for almost 30 years.

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you duties will include:

• Handling a caseload of sales and purchase residential property files
• Remortgaging
• Transfer of equity
• Leasehold property & lease extensions
• Severance of joint tenancy

The ideal candidate

• An experienced Paralegal with a background in managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload
• Excellent client care skills
• Require minimum supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills
