An award-winning legal 500, law firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team, based in Southampton. The firm is looking for a someone with at least 3 years post qualified experience.

The highly regarded corporate and commercial team provide advice across a variety of business sectors. Clients of the team include individuals, SMEs, and major financial institutions. The caseload of matters includes banking & finance, commercial contracts, corporate governance & regulation, company and limited liability partnership, and partnership formations and company secretarial services.

The firm has over 200 members of staff including 80 lawyers and 40 partners, acting for many international and national household brands such as Pizza Hut, Nando's, and Ladbrokes.
