Are you an experienced customer services professional who has worked with multiple customer queries, managed complaints and supported projects?

Our client is based in Segensworth, Fareham and are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator who has stacks of energy and drive to work closely with their customers.

Here's what you will be doing:

• 
  You'll be working in their Customer Service team who arrange and communicate with customers from start to finish of their installations.
• 
  You will be taking inbound calls from sub-contractors, engineers and the 70 installers to discuss appointments and queries.
• 
  You will be making outbound calls to customers to book in their installations and move around appointments when needs be.
• 
  You will be in control of email management and diary management
• 
  You will provide excellent support and service to customers and the staff.
• 
  You will have experience in a fast paced, busy environment and will have great resilience when it comes to customers and contractors.
• 
  You will be confident on the phones and dealing with difficult customers and contractors.

You will come with admin and customer service experience, working in a fast paced office environment. With an eagerness to develop, having a resilient character, and the ability to juggle lots of things at once confidently.
