Do you have a strong background working in Customer Service, but would like the opportunity to try something different? Would you like to work for an ambitious business where you will be challenged daily and be given the platform to develop a career?

If so, one of our key clients, a unique and ambitious Scandinavian insurance company who expanded to the UK in 2015 and have grown rapidly in the last 7 years are seeking experienced Customer Service Specialists to support their claims teams, based out of state-of-the-art offices in Manchester City Centre.

With rapid growth comes great opportunity for the right people and this role will provide you with the platform, training and development to progress and have a successful career as a Claims Handler in the insurance sector.

This really is a unique and incredibly exciting opportunity not to be missed! Prior insurance experience is not necessary as this role will enable you to develop very quickly and expand your understanding of the claims process and subsequently your technical capability. As well as gaining 'on the job' experience from day one, you will also be supported via internal and external training.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven background, experience and success working in a customer service led role.
  • The ability to communicate well and manage expectations is imperative, along with a highly professional demeanour and telephone manner.
  • Strong IT knowledge will be required, in particular Microsoft Office.
  • You must want to work in a fast paced environment where open and direct communication is part of the culture.
  • Be ambitious and have the desire to develop a career and succeed in a growing business.
