Hyde is looking to recruit an inbound Receptionist (Customer Services Officer).

As a Receptionist (Customer Services Officer), you will be working within our demanding call centre as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be expected to manage a high volume of demanding and challenging inbound telephone calls, ensuring a speedy resolution and a satisfied customer.
