The Customer Success Manager role will be perfect for you if you have a high degree of experience in interrogating and shaping reports to deliver actionable insights. Endlessly curious, you will be highly numerate and analytical and come from a similar data and insight led role. This is a fantastic opportunity for lots of customer facing exposure so you will be a confident communicator and presenter.
Home based you will consider yourself expert level when working with data and reports in visualisation tools e.g. Power BI, to interpret the data and generate insight that can be shared with internal and external users. You’ll understand how to best construct data sets to bring them to life and unlock actionable insight.
Experience of analysing and interpreting complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights is essential. You will thrive in an environment which allows you to bring the data and analytics to life through engaging storytelling for both senior internal and external audiences. Ideally you will have experience in the customer analytics, BI analytics, or data science field.
