Defence Digital provides digital and technology services to our Armed Forces, ensuring they can operate securely via radio, satellite, and the internet. Operating at scale, with an annual budget in excess of £2Bn and a diverse team of 2,500 colleagues, we're aiming to make our Armed Forces some of the most technologically advanced in the world.
Working within Defence Digital’s Portfolio Team as a member of the Business Change and Benefits Management (BC&BM) Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will help achieve the team’s ambitious objectives and deliver BC&BM support services, which include providing direction, consultation, coaching and training.
This job role may be suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station based on business assessment of where the work is best done) and working remotely. Dependent on the ‘tasking’ and business need, there may be a requirement to travel to Corsham at least 1-2 times per week. There may also be a requirement to routinely travel to meetings within the UK.
The successful candidate is required to carry out all their duties from a UK location and cannot do so from an overseas location at any time. This post is advertised at 37 hours.
As a Business Change & Benefits Management Associate Delivery Manager, you will work alongside the Delivery Managers in the team, providing support to deliver Business Change and Benefits Management (BC&BM) products and services across the Defence Digital Portfolio.

Professional Framework Statement

Transformation Statement
Defence Digital is currently going through a Transformation Programme which aims to ensure we have the right workforce, with the right skills, to deliver the MOD's Digital Strategy. As the programme progresses, Defence Digital staff may be required to undergo an assessment to understand and develop their upskilling needs to support the delivery of this strategy. This post may be impacted by Transformation.
