To be able to consume Squad best practices and ways of working and report/work directly into the Conversation Design leads within the programme. To perform the Conversation Design role to Amend or Create new Virtual Assistant Conversations flows. Ideally have solid experience with Process Design at varying levels and experience on customer facing dialogue.
