Altrix Technology Limited is a health-tech company, with locations in London and Sheffield, specialising in the automated recruitment and placement of flexible Healthcare Professionals into the highly regulated NHS.

We are currently looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dedicated team. If you are creative, respectful, honest, responsible, brave, and customer focused Altrix would love to hear from you.


Role Outline and Purpose:


An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Digital Marketer to develop and grow their career in a fast-moving B2B tech-based company. We are looking for an innovative individual to join our marketing team.


The role will have a significant focus on website management and updates, email marketing design and implementation and social media creation and management for the promotion of our app and the service it provides.

Key Tasks:


Social media

  • PPC campaign management (Google Ads essential)
  • Paid Social (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Monitor Meta accounts and Facebook forums for potential threats or negative activity that may affect brand reputation

Email

  • Emails creation/design HTML (SendGrid)
  • Uploading of data sets as provided

Website

  • Website content updates
  • SEO knowledge

Key Deliverables:

  • Working closely with the Marketing Lead to fulfil the agreed marketing and communication strategy
  • To drive registrations via Google DSA and retargeting
  • To provide effective assets and content to run consecutively across platforms to communicate brand proposition and key benefits to flexible workforce
  • To build brand awareness, create engagement and increase registrations across the website and app

  • Functional Maths and English

Skills and knowledge

  • Emails design/creation (SendGrid currently used)
  • PPC Search Google
  • Google analytics
  • Paid social create assets and post organic, boosted and ads (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Website content and creation (WordPress)
  • Content creation (Canva, Video)
  • Graphic design eye
  • Trustpilot campaign integration
  • Excel reporting

Experience

  • Knowledge of NHS practices (desirable)
