A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Early Years Practitioner within the Early Help Services and Children's Centres. These are very busy teams working across number of Children's Centres with multi agency teams co-located across the centres.

You must have a desire to work with children and families, new existing partner agencies, have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise your work.

Duties Include

  • Working within our daycare settings.

  • Plan, organise and evaluate for key children and group activity sessions
  • Complete home visiting
  • Facilitate universal and targeted group session
  • Use of Children's Social Care databases

The hours of work are 20 hours per week, 9.00am – 5.00pm.

There is a requirement to work flexibly across all the Children's Centre areas.
