HR Business Partner - Inside IR35

Contract Term: 3 Months

Location: London or Swindon or Remote

As a HR Business Partner your main responsibilities would be:

• Provide HR insight and input into the Horizon Europe Programme, including responsibility for the delivery of resourcing and workforce plans, in line with Strategy Board requirements.
• Develop a programme of interventions to develop capability and capacity. Provide partnering and support to business leaders and managers in all aspects of people matters, including people strategies, inclusion, talent, capacity and capability and specifically recruitment.
• Analyse and gather insight from HR and business data analytics, performance, surveys and other feedback as needed.
• Feed insight into the wider HR function, identifying and addressing continuous improvement opportunities.
• Build effective stakeholder relationships within the business, wider HR, and external stakeholders.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Partnering the business in a complex environment
• Delivering HR projects or advising on HR elements of boarders projects or programmes
• Demand and resource planning
• TU engagement and consultation
• Process flows
