Capita are looking for 2 Employer support officers to join our homebased team on a full time, permanent basis. If you’re the type of person who is confident, commercially aware, and loves to support within developmental projects - this could be the role for you!

Job Description:

What you will be doing:

  • Through inbound and outbound calling support/liaise with Employers and associated third party providers to ensure data is received correctly.
  • To ensure all service and contribution data provided by employers to the scheme is accurate and up to date.
  • Act as a trouble shooter for employer queries and escalations.
  • Communicate with all areas of the business to solve customers’ issues and communicate client deliverables.
  • To deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring that each client is happy with the service that they have received following TCF guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a general understanding of Scheme legislation, policy conditions, business rules and procedures.
  • Quickly develop an understanding and competence on internal systems.
  • To be familiar with the contracted performance targets and quality standards and to make every effort to achieve these.
  • To complete all tasks using best practice.
  • Be prepared to travel to the office if required (adhoc).

What we are looking for:

  • A Self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to work to tight deadlines, with minor or no supervision
  • Successful track record in building relationships with key stakeholders & Clients.
  • A willingness to receive direction and respond positively to constructive feedback.
  • Experience in administration roles with the ability to develop and execute various tasks.
  • Experience within a customer service environment and KPI’s related to both inbound/outbound calls.
  • The ability and experience to handle multiple tasks under a time-constraint.
  • Strong customer focus & a good telephone manner.
  • Skilled in the use of MS office products (e.g. word, excel etc)
