About you as Finance Assistant

• Accounting qualification (or working towards) is desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience of account procedures
• Passion and understanding for hospitality
• High levels of computer literacy including Excel
• Previous experience using SAP and Procure Wizard advantageous
• Happy to work Monday - Friday in our dandy finance office

Aim of Finance Assistant role

To support the operation through maintaining appropriate controls and administration and accounting functions

The role of Finance Assistant

• Proactively updaing flood flash an management allowances daily where needed
• Support cash banking and reconciliation
• FB Audit reconciliation and run Void reports and liaise with FB team where necessary
• Update Procure Wizard accordingly when goods/services are being received/completed and deal with any new suppliers via our Head of Procurement
• To raise PO for departments, including beverage or stationery when required as per stock levels
• Liaise with various teams for stock count are carried out within deadline and complete relevant SAP journals
• To perform basic holiday cover for other office members showing teamwork and flexibility
