What you’ll do:
- Responsible for the day-to-day effective running of the finance department
- Responsible for all administrative duties as required by the Manager, ensuring the function is run efficiently and cost effectively when performing work as required and planned
- To provide support to team members in other departments in the wider business and flexibility to adapt to any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.
- Maintain all appropriate records and documentation as per the statutory and regulations requirements.
- To work closely and co-operate with colleagues in other areas to ensure the safe and smooth running of site
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Process accounts payable, invoices and daily cash transactions
- Enter monthly stock take results onto E-ProphIT system
- Enter employee schedule and correct variations daily and manage any annual leave on Kronos whilst maintaining paper records for annual leave
- Responsible for payroll for sites, entering confidential information whilst adhering to Data Protection policy.
- Issue relevant training to all new and existing employees, delivering training where required in person and then creating training cards for Frontline staff sent through SMS.
- Order goods and supplies for site and keep relative tracker up to date
- Answer emails, site requests, assisting site leads and clients as and when required
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations
What you bring:
- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Computer literacy – MS office packages
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude, flexibility and complete customer focus will tick the box
- Previous administrative experience is essential for this role
- Champion of health & safety practices

Package Description
- 20 hours per week
- Working: over 4 days, can be flexible in days worked and time. Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 3.00pm
- £14.23 per hour
- Free Parking on-site (please note the nearest town is 8 miles away, so you must have your own transport for this role)
