Job Description

Jensten Group are recruiting a brand new role that has been created with the purpose of providing a professional and efficient Premium Finance support service to the business, whilst delivering on our corporate values and ensuring positive outcomes for customers.


You will be tasked with providing insightful MI and KPI reporting whilst aiding the group achieve its commercial and strategic goals.

We are seeking a candidate with excellent excel and analytical skills and a full knowledge of Premium Finance products who can combine their technical skills with a collaborative and innovative way of working in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collate and distribute data for RMAR submissions and to meet FCA Fair Value and Product Governance Requirements
  • Compare the premium finance facility to other instalment options available i.e. Insurer direct debit schemes.
  • Monthly Income Forecast
  • Commission received against accrued income/budget.
  • Monitor Bad Debt Levels
  • Manage & Develop relationships with Close Brothers Premium Finance, Premium Credit Ltd & alternative Premium Finance providers for CBPF rejections
  • Run off other providers associated with acquired business.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Sales Managers and relationship contacts at the third-party providers.
  • Provide proactive ‘day to day’ support to the Retail, Wholesale and Franchise network parts of the Jensten Group.
