Full Time Post – Administrator to the Safeguarding Team Band 3
An opportunity has arisen to join the Safeguarding Team in an Administrative role based in Chelmsford.
You will work as part of a highly motivated and lively team consisting of clinical specialist and administrative support. The team actively works to safeguard and protect vulnerable Adults and children. You will be expected to work within a highly confidential environment and adhere to the Trust policies and guidance.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be confident in their ability to work within a team which deals with highly emotive and sometimes highly distressing information and situations. The ability to use own initiative and be self-motivated is required, but more importantly the ability to work within a team is essential. Organisational skills are essential to the smooth running of the team, and the successful applicant will need to be able to manage and identify priorities and work within an environment that is both challenging and changeable.
Experience of working within a healthcare environment, using SystmOne Mobius, Paris and the ability to maintain databases is desirable. Experience of using Microsoft applications, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential.
