You will be the first point of contact for guests and will need a good knowledge of the hotel and local area. You will need to be Administration and Technology savvy along with having top class problem solving skills and be able to think on your feet as no two days are the same.
We work closely with local wedding venues as well as providing tailored stays for high profile guests in our 11 individual suites, so you will need to be at the top of your game every time you step through the doors.

Flexibility is essential, and we are extremely busy at weekends. Shifts will be either 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm, 12pm - 8pm or 8am - 4pm. Between 6 - 8 hour shifts on a rota basis. This is a part time role.
