HR Advisor

Liverpool

To £35K + Bonus + Pension + Private Healthcare + Life Assurance

A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to support the HR Manager at a successful manufacturing company in Liverpool.

You will be a valued member of the team, dedicated to providing HR & Payroll support to a business where employee wellbeing is at the heart of their culture.

Key Tasks

  • Provide generalist HR administrative support to the site
  • Support HR Manager with HR related queries
  • Act as point of contact with external payroll provider and administer all HR & payroll systems
  • Resolve/escalate any payroll related issues
  • Manage all employee lifecycle documentation and administration
  • Produce and maintain HR related records in line with legislation
  • Deliver and improve the pre-boarding, onboarding & offboarding experience
  • Promote employee engagement activities
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification or working towards - further training can be provided
  • Experience as a HR Administrator / HR Advisor / HR Generalist
  • Knowledge of HR & Payroll systems- Bright HR, SagePay, Workday
  • Well organised with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Drive for further progression and development
