We have the exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and quickly expanding company as HR & Recruitment Administrator based at our headquarters in Bicester, Oxfordshire.



Responsibilities:




  • Administering Offer Letters, contracts and on-boarding documents
  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager with advertising, managing applications and setting up Teams and face-to-face interviews for Hiring Managers
  • Assisting in managing of CVs and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate and facilitate inductions for new joiners
  • Updating Payroll and training systems with new starters, leavers and job title changes
  • Supporting the Payroll Manager with ad-hoc system updates
  • Ability to cover payroll activities on an ad hoc basis such as holiday and sickness cover
  • Administering change of terms letters for employees
  • Administering Leavers letters and Conducting Exit Interviews
  • Supporting with Employee relation matters and taking minutes
  • Undertaking ad hoc projects in line with company objectives
  • Ensuring effective application of company policy across the business
  • Completing Maternity risk assessments
  • Managing Parental leave processes (maternity, paternity, SPL) and issue correct documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries
  • Keeping HR databases up to date
  • Supporting the L&D with implementation of the L&D programmes and workshops
  • Bringing efficient administrative assistance to the HR department and delivering HR services to the highest possible standard
  • Ensuring the appropriate handling and security of employee personnel, sensitive and confidential information, upholding discretion at all times and ensuring that employee data is processed in line with relevant regulatory requirement
  • Maintain good relations with all relevant external organisations and stakeholders
  • Any other appropriate activities as determined by line management from time-to-time
  • Represent the company at local job fairs and college days

Minimum of 1-year HR experience desirable, but not essential.

The Role:


  • Role is office based (Bicester) and will be the hours of 8.30-5.00
  • 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
